The concept of O'Sushi is to create and produce sushis in their state-of-the-art laboratory. The Apages Restaurant Group (Auchan) is now a shareholder in this young company which has opened 15 outlets as of December 2010.
Claire Matha's contribution to O'Sushi :
- Define the development strategy of the brand
- Identify appropriate outlets in town centres, shopping centres and nearby areas
- Negotiation of legal and tenancy issues relating to new outlets
- Management of existing outlets including financial optimization, trouble-shooting and closing down of non-strategic operations
